Our specialty is providing engineering design for commercial and residential on-site sewage facility (OSSF) in compliance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), local standards, and engineering best practices. We can also provide support with water and wastewater utility design, stormwater plans, and constructability review.

Residential and Commercial OSSF Design

We are well-versed with new design, re-design of failing systems, and complex design solutions for pool additions and properties with limited space. We also specialize in commercial and high-strength sites, including recreational vehicle and manufactured home parks, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, campgrounds, and warehouses.

On-Site Sewage facility Site Suitability Studies

For platting and planning, we conduct a meticulous analysis of both the site and soil conditions to evaluate feasible system types. We offer signed and sealed suitability reports and exhibits, ensuring comprehensive and accurate evaluations.

Water and Wastewater Utility Engineering

We offer planning, engineering design, and advisory services for small scale water, wastewater, and recycled water conveyance infrastructure.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Our team ensures that every project meets a high standard of excellence, both for public safety and regulatory compliance. We offer our QA/QC and constructability review services for outside projects as third party reviewers, to help ensure a project can be completed effectively and to industry standards.

Data Analysis, Drafting, Mapping and GIS Support

We provide technical support for services including drafting, data collection, data analysis, and mapping. We are happy to provide base files, create exhibits, or assist in analyzing data for reports.
